Hi! My name is Inga Well-Off-Man (Chippewa/Cree). Thank you for taking the time to check out my website! If you do not already know me, here are some quick facts:
My violin journey began at the age of 10.
I received my B.M.E. in Instrumental Music Education from Oklahoma City University.
My M.M. is in Violin Performance and Pedagogy from the University of Colorado-Boulder.
I studied with Sophia Ro, Benjamin Shute, and Karóly Schranz.
When I am not performing and teaching, you can find me enjoying the great outdoors or working on a passion project of mine (see the Indigenous Voices in Music tab).
Over the years, violin and music in general has taught me important life skills, introduced me to communities and people that are dear to me, and has brought me around the U.S.
Needless to say, music has had a big impact on my life so far. I love sharing those gifts and the love of music with others whether it is through performance or teaching.
I would be honored to be a part of your musical journey!
