Indigenous Voices in Music

I had the honor of presenting my research poster at the 2024 American String Teachers Association (ASTA) National Conference in Louisville, KY.
The research poster was inspired by my thesis presentation from graduate school.

I hope to help bring more Native American representation to the field of music, as I did not see a lot of representation throughout my time in school. My thesis project and ASTA poster aim to shed light on this lack of representation and what we can do as performers and educators to change that.
